Tilting Disc Check Valves

The disc has a pivot axis closer to the flow-bore centre-line compared with Swing
Check Valves.
- Disc seats against a conical surface on the seat ring
- Suitable for pulsating flow and fluid with particulates
- Low susceptibility to water hammer
Axial Flow Check Valves
Flow forces the disc open against spring force; when the flow is reversed, the spring quickly close the valve by forcing the disc against a seat
Axial Flow Check Valve offers lower pressure drop, lower reverse flows and low slamming
